Refunds & Cancellation Policy

3. Every refund has subject to the standard deduction of 5 % plus applicable taxes.​
4. In case of Payment done by Credit / Debit / Internet Banking. Refund will be done to the same bank account through the citrus pay refund facility. In other cases Refund amount will be done by NEFT / RTGS  to your bank account within 15 days for eligible refunds. All refunds will initiate and finalize within 15 days.   You must provide the Bank account details along with your PAN Card.
